To register for Sunday School, please download & print the enrollment form. You can submit it in person, by mail, or by sending a photo/scan to our email address. It contains a general registration agreement; a contact/emergency contact form; and liability, medical information, and photo release sections. Please complete ALL pages of the application so we have a complete & current record for your family.
