This workshop guides us to end suffering on every level, starting with oneself. Inspired by the life of Maryam (Mary), the mother of ‘Isa (Jesus), Fatima El-Hindi developed the MARYAM Method as she experienced it herself throughout her life journey. It taught her how to let go of fears, take control of her own life, and trust in a peaceful future. It is time for the world to benefit from this precise, time-tested, and spiritually invigorating practice.
