Letting Go - July 30

Suffering is inherent to the human experience, but pure consciousness knows no suffering. Shedding our suffering can bring us closer to higher consciousness. Let's acknowledge past injuries and resulting trauma, but also send unhealthy memories on their way. We can honor our challenging experiences, while also releasing ourselves from their dominating grasp. Tapping into the higher consciousness system allows us to manage our emotions, stabilize our mental state, and invite an abundance of peace, joy, and well-being to flow into our lives.
