Exploring Relationships

Life is experience in relationships. From birth to death our identity shifts from infant to head of household, from student to teacher, from friend to lover. How can we navigate these fluid identities and relationships with those around us? Our parents, our children, our co-workers, our romantic partners, humanity at large, even nature itself--relationships with all these entities determine who we are in life. Even "negative" relationships have their purpose, and simple shifts in perception, like reframing our enemies as our teachers, can help us navigate life's challenges with optimistic gratitude. This course will analyze the different kinds of relationships we encounter throughout life's journey, and help us all learn how to keep showing up for those around us as ever-better versions of ourselves.
